Fall is my favorite time of year and I am ALL about decorating for Halloween! It feels like the true beginning of the holiday season. Give me all the stacked pumpkins, Halloween pillows, skeleton Halloween decor, Halloween plates and frankly any Halloween themed decorations. I went the other day to shop in store and my shopping cart was just a mix of pumpkins, candles and spooky skeletons. Ha! I thought I would round up my picks from Target – both those are a bit more refined and polished and those that are fun and spooky. At Target you will find almost too many Halloween goodies so pace yourself. LOL Sometimes I want to find the perfect Halloween theme for each year but then just end up buying a random assortment of everything. Whoops. Let’s first start with skeletons and other decor that is a bit more animated and themed!

Miles personally loves all of these picks and I have used a few in his bathroom and bedroom to decorate! Decorations for this holiday are his favorite and really get him excited for the entire season. Plus his birthday is in early November so it’s quite the lead up to his big day. They are decorations that will look great with any color scheme because most of it is neutral (I am who I am LOL). All of these items would also work for a halloween party or trick or treating event. I love buying a few of the light up Halloween decor and use it as nightlights in Miles’ room.

I did a second round up of finds because I know not everyone wants the spooky or wacky Halloween themed decorations so I tried to find items to create the Halloween atmosphere while still keeping it chic. Again I kept everything neutral and I was really impressed with some of the pieces because they are great for the fall season without being too “themed”.

I bought this last year and it works both inside and outside. And it’s gold! Fancy!
Mega Spiderweb Halloween Prop
If you can hunt this one down, it looks so cute outside. One of my neighbors have it and I want to get it for next year.
Flying Boo Halloween Doormat
This is too cute to pass up. Hey boo. LOL
Pumpkin Scene Setter Kit
You may have to buy a few of these if you have a large lawn, but it’s a nice alternative to doing blow-ups.
Light Up Street Stop Sign
This is a good idea to use if you want to have trick or treaters on Halloween and it’s lets them know your house is open for business. Ha!
