Fall is absolutely beautiful but it’s also the start to all the rainy/snowy/cold weather. Deciding what to wear when the weather is awful is not easy but after living in NYC for so many years, I slowly began to add pieces to my closet that were stylish but appropriate for bad weather. Where we live now also experiences all four seasons so I often need items to wear that will be good in the rain and eventually the snow. This look is so incredibly comfortable and suitable for fall precipitation but still feels put together. I have been raving about this tunic sweater on my insta-stories and it is truly such a great piece to wear alone or layered under a jacket/coat. It’s long, but not too long. Thick but not too thick. And incredibly soft. Oh, and it’s only $40! I wore it under this camo raincoat which has been perfect for the rain we have been getting recently, and has been something I’ve been reaching for whenever I am running out the door and need a quick coat to grab. It’s not super warm so it won’t be something to wear in the winter, but it doesn’t get very cold here for a few more months so I know it will come in handy. And then when spring comes, I will be able to pull it out again.
