Black, white and red is a foolproof combination for me. Red has been one of my favorite colors for decades so I am always drawn to it especially with accessories. It can be a polarizing color for many, and people either love it or avoid it at all costs. I find that accessorizing with red can be one of the best ways to break up an all black or black and white outfit. I’ve had these red pumps for more than 10 years now and purchased them when super high heels were the norm for me. 4 inches was nothing and I regularly wore 4.5-5 inch heels daily. Eek! While I don’t wear these as much as I did years ago, I still can’t bring myself to get rid of them because the shade of red is my favorite. So I bring them out when I know I’ll be sitting for most of the time or easily getting around by car. They are definitely curb to car shoes. Ha! Shoes like this made up the majority of my wardrobe at one point, but thankfully almost 90% of the shoes in my closet are super comfortable and suitable for wearing all day (or at least most of the day). I’ve linked up a handful of my favorite styles in the widget below that I find to be the most comfortable and ones that I wear the most!

Sweater – Milly (dress version here, here and here) | Scarf – Club Monaco | Jeans – Topshop | Pumps – Sergio Rossi (similar here and here) | Bag – Mansur Gavriel | Wallet – Alice & Olivia (similar here) | Sunglasses – Stella McCartney | Lips – Gucci Iconic Red
