Of course.  Do I always have my hair done to the best of my ability? Nope.  But I do love a more polished and slightly done up look – so when I came across this Milly silk sweatshirt I felt it embodied me in a nutshell.  Comfortable and easy to wear, yet with a beautiful pattern that can be dressed up for evening or down for the day.  Full disclosure: I had been stalking this Milly piece for months, and saw it go on sale for a hot minute during the Black Friday/Thanksgiving sale madness and I snatched it up lightning fast.  And I am so glad I did, because sadly it went right back to its regular  price the following week.  But truth be told, the quality and detail of the blouse makes it worth even a full price spend.  The colors are so vibrant, the braided detail on the cuffs and neckline is so unique and the fabric is easy to wear for running errands or with your favorite evening skirt for a night out.  Typically I have a difficult time finding skinny jeans to fit me but when I came across these Hudson Nico Jeans, I fell in love.  They are a tad long and needed to be hemmed (standard practice when you are a measly 5’4″), but I love the higher rise and comfortable fit.  I already have my eye on them in another color.  Because 14,789 of the same jeans in different colors is the key to a solid wardrobe.  And you can quote me.

Blouse – Milly (on sale here with 2 sizes left!) | Jeans – Hudson | Scarf – Eugenia Kim (similar here) | Belt – J.Crew | Boots – 3.1 Phillip Lim (love these too)
