Swatches from left to right: 9 Spicy Warm Beige, 87 Rose Afrique, 44 Nude Lavalliere and 88 Rose Nu

Neutral lip lovers, I have found a few new shades that you must add to your collection! The YSL Rouge Volupte Shine Oil-in-Stick not only has the most amazing nude and natural colors (and bold shades if you want to switch things up), but the formula feels amazing on the lips. The lipsticks are formulated with 65% oils so it melts into the lips giving you hydration, high-shine and comfort. Even with the balm-like texture, the coverage is medium so you don’t have to sacrifice color payoff or pigmentation.

My favorite shade and the one that I’ve been wearing the most is #44 Nude Lavalliere though #9 Nude Sheer is a close second (I’m wearing #9 in the above photos). #87 Rose Afrique and #88 Rose Nu are both a bit deeper but still wearable for everyday, and look good with almost any eye and cheek combo. In addition to the melting balm-like texture that softens and comforts the lips, they all have a mango scent that I’m obsessed with! These will be perfect for the spring and summer because they are so comfortable to wear, give just enough color and really help to condition the lips which also minimizes the look of fine lines. I find that my lips look much fuller with these lipsticks due to their nourishing and hydrating qualities.
