Wrap coats are truly one of the most versatile coat styles. I have worn it with jeans and boots here, but I love wearing it with dressier looks as well. I also find that they are so flattering on many body types because they tie at the waist which helps to create an hourglass silhouette. I was immediately drawn to the color of this coat because it was a lighter shade that could work as a subtle winter white but can still look great with darker colors (and won’t show dirt as easily!).

Veering off fashion chat for a minute to say that we shot our family photos on Tuesday! It was a wild time but tons of fun. We woke Miles up early from his nap so he was a tad clingy and fussy at the beginning but by the end he was having a blast. I decided to do an denim/brown theme with all our outfits because it was easy to put together. I knew we would be running around with him so I wanted all of us to be comfortable. I can’t wait to get the photos back and see how everything turned out! Do you do family photos every year? Let me know!
