It’s been a long time since I purchased a Tom Ford eyeshadow quad but this new launch really caught my eye as soon as I saw it. It is significantly more expensive than the recent Chanel one I bought so I wasn’t sure I would like it as much. The colors are the typical ones I go for, but I wasn’t sure the texture or pigment payoff would be what I liked. The shadows are a creme formula though to be honest, they still feel like powder to me. It’s not a super creamy or wet formula, it’s definitely more of a dry cream shadow. Though my initial hesitation as to whether I would love it, after trying it I’m absolutely obsessed with it. It’s gorgeous! I’ve already worn it and it blends beautifully and the colors are super easy to wear for everyday.

The only color in the palette that I probably will use the least is the darkest brown. It’s gorgeous as a liner, but I don’t wear liner on a regular basis so I don’t anticipate reaching for it often. The super light gold color is my favorite and looks gorgeous on the lid or dabbed on the inner corner of the eyes. The shimmery taupe shade is my second favorite and is a great one and done shadow look. The warm bronzey color (first swatch on the left) is what I use in the crease and really warms up the entire look. The colors are all pretty neutral so they can be switched around to create a bunch of different looks. I wasn’t sure I would love this palette to justify the price, but I truly do. It’s absolutely stunning and one that I can wear all year round.
