I waivered between belting this denim babydoll dress from Chicwish or just leaving it loose and flowing. 5-10 years ago, I would never have worn it without a belt because I loved clothing that was a bit more fitted and figure conscious. But as the years go on, I find myself drawn to clothing (especially dresses) that are  more flowing and billowy. So I compromised and wore it belted during the day for running errands and then took the belt off in the evening when Stan and I headed to dinner and a movie. No belt = more enjoyable dinner. Amiright?! This is my second piece from Chicwish (I picked up this striped skirt a few weeks ago, see it in this post) and I really love how affordable yet polished many of the pieces look and feel. I can’t resist a denim dress so naturally I was drawn to this and felt it would be easy to pair with a ton of different things in my closet. Besides these gladiator sandals, I have worn it with ankle boots and espadrilles and would even wear it as a cute beach cover-up. I love an outfit with options.
