This is my first year buying a moto jacket and frankly I don't know what took me so long! Well, that's not entirely true - I always struggle with sleeves being too long on jackets and I didn't want to invest in a very expensive moto jacket and deal with that. But I saw this one during the Anniversary sale and it was such a great price that I could accept long sleeves. I also picked it up in the suede version which I will be styling on the blog as well. I have so many fun ideas of how to wear these jackets that I thought I would do a series over the next two weeks of all the different ways to style a moto jacket.
I grabbed this leopard dress as my first option and after going back through my blog, I realized it is one of my most reworn items on the entire site (last seen here, here and here). That's probably because the dress is such a stunning print and I always love putting together an outfit with it as the focal point. I could have worn this ensemble with sneakers for a super casual look, but I was so excited to wear my new ankle boots! They are a higher heel than I typically wear but still under 4" which is doable for me.
Lastly I wanted to be sure to link the Zara scarves I showed on my Snapchat the other night because I picked up some great ones. I grabbed this one, this one, this one and this one and love them all! One of my favorite chunky oversized sweaters is back in stock and I am linking that here as well. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable.
I saw the Girl on the Train last night in the movies and was a tad disappointed. I liked the book better! Did you see the movie yet? What did you think?
