Anytime I hear drop waist, I think 'cute in theory but probably not on me'. And being a gal with curves (32E constitutes curves ya'll), I figured this style would just look like a tent on me. Yet when I saw the print on this Tibi dress I decided to give it a go. And then it went on sale and the last size available was my size! Fate, for sure. I snagged the 0 thinking that it would probably be tight in the bust (as many things are...ugh), but surprisingly it is quite comfortable. I feel like I have been missing out for so long by not wearing a drop waist style, and how many dinners could I have been more comfortable during if wearing this style, right? I always feel that I gravitate towards more form fitting items because it tends to wear better on a bigger bust line, but clearly coming out of my comfort zone was worth it. Now onto overalls!! Ok, maybe I don't need to come that far out yet.
