Beauty Bits: Teal Nails For Summer

I think it's pretty apparent based on the above picture and from scrolling through my past sunday nailday posts, I tend to gravitate towards more unique nail colors rather than the standard pink and red.  Don't get me wrong, I have a few of those classic colors in my collection (emphasis on few) but I always have had a fondness for colors off the beaten path - case in point my affinity for teal/mint/green polishes.  I find they really wear well against my pale skin tone, and can be a fun contrast to my admittedly neutral and basic colored wardrobe.  So in the spirit of sharing, I felt I would swatch my current collection for you and let you partake in the fun.  Below is the listing of all colors and if I have worn it in a sunday nailday post, I will link to that as well.

1.  Butter London "Fiver" - manicure swatch here

I recently added Essie's Naughty Nautical to my collection, because I have no self control.  What other ones should I add to my collection in this color family?  You guys always have the best recommendations!  Leave me a comment below or tweet me @alittlebitetc.

I love your taste in greens! I too gravitate towards more bold colors instead of just reds and pinks. I'm very much loving almost everything in orange tones right now and my polish collection reflects that.

  2. Love teals, you have to try "Caicos" by Kure Bazaar! I get asked 20 times a day which one it is, when wearing it. It is very bright, but not "barbie-esque".
