This outfit makes me want to curl up by a fire at a mountain lodge! I don’t love layering chunky sweaters under coats because I often feel too constricted or my arms will be unable to move, but this cropped moto jacket has the most comfortable fit! It manages to be slim and flattering while still giving enough room to wear a thick sweater underneath. And as a neutral lover, the shade of brown goes with so many things I already have in my closet! I think the key to having a fun wardrobe in the colder months is coats. A variety of coats that are both classic and statement. It’s good to invest in one or two pricier coats that will last many years (this is my favorite classic camel coat that is worth every penny), and then purchase a fun coat at a lower price point each year to slowly build a coat wardrobe. There are tons of great options under $200 that I found and put in the widget below with some of them being under $100 and even a few under $75!
